NEW!!
JOTAGAS
Fitted with the K103BT flatslide, this carburetor vastly improves fuel atomisation for a stable idle, enhanced torque at low rpm, and power throughout the rev range. Transform your Jotagas with this upgrade and you won't regret keeping the bike! Testing has shown the 26mm OKO provides best results for 250cc, 28mm for the 300cc.
YAMAHA TY175
Fitted with the K101T or K102T flatslide, K201T or K202T roundslide, these carburetors vastly improve fuel atomisation for a stable idle, enhanced torque at low rpm, and power throughout the rev range. The 'Powerjet' kicks in at high engine rpm giving that added power boost for hills climbs that the standard carburettor can't cope with. Transform your TY with this economical upgrade whilst maintaining the original configuration. Comes jetted for TY175.
TY250
Fitted with the K101T or K102T flatslide, K201T or K202T roundslide, the TY250 takes on a whole new personality. The 250cc engine handles the improved fuel atomisation well resulting in stable idle at all engine temperatures, enhanced torque at low rpm, and crisp power throughout the rev range. K201T/K202T recommended for those wishing to maintain twinshock eligibility. Comes jetted for TY250 twin shock. Kit available - includes carburetor, universal throttle cable, 4 x tuning jets (slow & main), 1 x extra trials needle, extra clamps.
TY250 MONOSHOCK
The K103BT replaces the original TK carburettor fitted to the Monoshock TY Yamaha. This upgrade is perfect for your Monoshock. Eliminates the 'pinking' these bikes are well known for whilst simultaneously improving idle quality, and crisp throttle response without a loss of engine torque. Available in 26 or 28mm bore sizes. Comes jetted for TY250 monoshock 250 or 350cc. Kit available - includes carburetor, universal throttle cable, 4 x tuning jets (slow & main), 1 x extra trials needle, extra clamps.
SHERCO
Fitted with a K103BT, the Sherco range of trials bikes benefits greatly from the flatslide carburetor. Whilst the standard Sherco roundslide carburettor is reliable it does suffer from fluffiness just off idle, those who installed an OKO swear by the crisp throttle response at low rpms and the power increase throughout the mid range. Kit available - includes carburetor, universal throttle cable, 4 x tuning jets (slow & main), 1 x extra trials needle, high flow intake manifold, high flow intake snorkel, extra clamps.
BETAMOTOR
The Beta range from ZERO to Rev3 was somewhat plagued with carburation problems right up until the 2008 model when the manufacturer ceased using the VM26 roundslide in favour of the PWK28 flatslide as fitted to the current Beta EVO. We've done a lot of work converting these bikes, testing them with different size carburettors and settings and nutting out the conversion process. We believe our kit prices reflect not only the quality of the product, but also the large amount of time we've spent troubleshooting the fitup. Choosing to convert your machine to an OKO K103BT, your bike will take on a whole new personality with vastly improved carburation. Clean idle, no stalling, crisp response and better fuel economy. No need to turn that fuel tap off at every section!
REV3 - The Rev3 just didn't seem to like the VM26, possibly due to the instalment angle. Dribbling fuel, flooding engines, poor running, stalling, all seem to be common gripes of Rev3 owners. With the K103BT all that is resolved, plus the bike really transforms itself into what we believe the manufacturer intended but was limited by the choice of carburettor. We've owned and converted several Rev3 and swear by the result. We strongly recommend Kit B in either 26 or 28mm and Kit A in 26mm if you're on a tighter budget.
TECHNO - The majority of Technos had the VM26 as standard and this somewhat limited the potential of the fuel metering for this bike. The K103BT kit makes a huge difference to the TECHNO power delivery and output. Fitment is fairly simple without the need to change much. 26 and 28mm work well.
ZERO/SYNT: The OEM carburettor (VM26) is getting tired on these bikes and weren't that great to start with. Installing the OKO is a straightforward changover with great results. We found the 26mm to provide the best outcome.
TR34: The TR34 intake manifold is ready to take the OKO, however, the airbox snorkel is very small in diameter to fit the OEM PHBL26 and with age, not very flexible. Although the snorkel will mold to the OKO carb is does add extra time and effort to the TR34 fitup. Given the age, it may even be wise to replace the rubber snorkel to avoid splitting it. We advise you'll need a bit more patience with this conversion but its well worth it. We are working on a solution to the airbox snorkel (possibly a sleeve), until then you need to work the original one onto the carb with a bit of elbow grease. We found the size 26mm returns the best outcomes.
Kit A: Suited to TR34/SYNT/ZERO/REV/TECHNO riders who want to rid their bike of the dribbling fuel, stalling when downhill and gain clean low down throttle response and mid range/top end power - the base conversion kit includes a 26mm K103BT carburetor, uprated intake manifold (SYNT/ZERO/REV) and/or flexible intake snorkel (REV), flexible mixture screw, 4 x tuning jets, 1 x tuning needle, clamps and universal throttle cable.
Kit B: This is the preferred kit for the REV3 only. Replacement OEM parts to upgrade to Beta RACING specs that guarantee to unleash the full potential of your bike. A must for serious trials riders. Same as Kit A with the addition of a much larger intake snorkel flow tested to suit the 28mm carburetor and a replacement high flow high displacement air box for perfect tuning. This kit is a perfect fit which affords easy removal of carburetor for servicing and truly transforms the Rev3 into a clean running powerful machine.

GAS GAS
The standard Gas Gas round slide carburettor, whilst reliable, suffers from an uncurable fluffiness just off idle. The Gas Gas Trial bike will accept a 26mm or 28mm K103BT. We recommend 26mm for all capacities and riders other than expert riders who will benefit from the 28mm. You can re-use your throttle cable or install a new one.
SCORPA
The K103BT is a very popular choice for SY250R/SY125/175/200 as a replacement for the standard unit. Replacing the 26mm TK or the smaller CV unit on the SY125/175/200, one can choose a 21mm, 24mm, 26mm or 28mm in the OKO range depending on the required application. We have stand alone carburetors or kits (carb, jets, needle, universal throttle cable). MONTESA
We are yet to come across a Montesa that can't be fitted with an OKO round or flatslide. Refreshing the carburettor on the Montesa makes what is already a brilliant machine into something superb...123, 174, 200, 240...the list goes on
ITALJET
Replacement of the worn out Dellorto/Bing/Amal...such a simple modification for this bike with fantastic results. Choose from the K201T/K202T/K205T/K206T/K207T to maintain its original roundslide design or try the K103BT/K105T to really get the old girl going!
BULTACO
This has to be one of our favorites...the Bultaco range fitted with a late model carburettor. An increasingly popular changeover for the whole range of Sherpas, Alpinas, Pursang, Frontera, Lobito
